Resumo: |
The pastoral and administrative management of the parish requires management agents and pastors. Management not as a synonym of a company or business, but to organize/optimize parish evangelizing mission, where “outgoing Church”, Pope Francis expression and determination take effect. In these analytics of bibliographical research approaching, some limits that dehydrate Church missionary are verified, and also the perennial commitment of many agents and organisms that promote dynamism to renew evangelization. The ecclesial, participative and procedural parish management plans that the missionary action must be the paradigm of the whole Church work, going from a pastoral care of mere conservation, into a decidedly missionary pastoral. The result and the way of the ecclesial parish management is the process itself unleashed at local Church, in a collective baptismal vocation formation, but with different functions at the ministries exercises. With this, the attitudes, actions and activities from the involved agents and organisms become even more missionaries, and “Outgoing Church” is not just a Francis dream, but an effective reality at local Churches. |
