Possibilidades da comunicação organizacional : um olhar substantivo

Resumo: This dissertation proposes possibilities of an organizational communication directed to the substantive look, which simultaneously involves the economic and human nature dimensions, prioritizing in their actions the individual. The theoretical meeting is based on investigations of the areas of management knowledge, with the approach of the theory of substantive organizations (RAMOS, 1989; SERVA, 1996, 1997); of the new trends in organizational communication (NARDI, 2006; LIMA, 2008; MARCHIORI, 2009; PÉREZ & MASSONI, 2009; SCROFERNEKER, 2010, 2012; BALDISSERA, 2010; SROUR, 2012; KUNSCH, 2010, 2016; MUMBY, 2010; PERUZZO , 1999, 2017; OLIVEIRA & PAULA, 2010); from social reality, from the perspective of sociology (DEMO, 1995); and the transformative vision pointed by education (FREIRE, 1977, 2009). Being the object of research, the organizational communication from the substantive look, we collected the data of the national people management awards, through the internet (FRAGOSO et al., 2015), and it was empirically analyzed through the methodology. Of discursive textual analysis (MORAES & GALIAZZI, 2007), the award “The Best Companies to Work for in Brazil - You S / A and FIA”, which discursively presents as a parameter the prioritization of the subject in organizations. Based on the elements revealed in theory and empirical analysis, the five possible categories of substantive organizational communication were conceived: prioritization of the individual, social satisfaction, organizational interest, strategic presence and operational support.
