Resumo: The network society has become each day more strongly present inside the organizational environment, where the way to make communication happen is being modified and become open to new perspectives. One of the most used way to communicate is through the internal information, with its great news spreading potential and networking. In the present work it was chosen to study the home information, which has been edited 24 years ago by Embrapa pigs and poultry, focused to the internal public to analyze its main change: the transition from printing to the digital way. On this context, the research has analyzed its history, identified the editorial politics, related its usage to the organizational environment and it was possible to verify the readers opinion. Once the changes are understood, it is intended to check if the home information may be more effective, considering the tendencies that the network society presents. In order to get the results, the method to get to it was a study of Robert Yin case (2010), including the documental technique of researching, interviews, surveys Bardin subject analysis (2011). The home information evolution showed a maturation of an institutional vehicle with an editorial line focused to people and the organizational environment and perspectives to improve interaction and become an internal networking space of communication.
