Resumo: In this paper we will study the Organizational Culture and its dialogues with the Internal Communications of the Embrapa Trigo. We will seek in particular to understand how Internal Communication is influenced by Organizational Culture and vice versa. To this end, we analyze three Internal Communication vehicles of the company, three editions of the monthly newspaper Folha Embrapa, three editions of the weekly electronic magazine, Todos.com and three editions of the weekly internal newsletter, Pão Quentinho in the period between the first half of the year of 2010 and the first half of 2011. The method chosen to anchor this dissertation is the Paradigm of Complexity, of Morin. The Semiology, of Barthes, our technique will research and monitor this planting. To support our analysis, we chose the categories Organization, of Morgan, Organizational Communication, of Marchiori, with its subcategory Internal Communication of Curvello, Organizational Culture of Fleury and Fischer, sociolect of Barthes. We choose also a posteriori categories: Color, of Farina, Mark, of Semprini, Power, of Barthes, Speech Well-said, of Roman, Family of Murray and Atkinson, Narcissism, of Freitas, Photography with their subcategories Studium and Punctum of Barthes and Fait Divers of Causation, Barthes. During our seed, we observe that the differences existing at Embrapa, are not exclusive, but reinforcing their Organizational Culture. Understand Organizational Communication as the element that establishes the connection between the Organization and Culture. Realize the idea of the whole and parts of Morin. The parties, internal communications reveal the whole, the Embrapa Trigo. We emphasize that we will reflect on the issue as one of the possibilities of interpretation and truth, keeping in mind that there is no absolute certainty in the environment of Organizations, characterized by Complexity.
