Resumo: |
This dissertation proposes an analysis of work on digital platforms, considering the worker as a worthy subject, in need of protection, often replaced by the technological implementation arising from the information society. In this context, decent work, the social value of work, prisms that should guide the work relationship, preventing the search for increased productivity and increased profits from overcoming the human dignity of the worker, even if the proletarian mass available continue to grow on the margins of computerized evolution. From there, it is necessary to advocate the UN Agenda 2030, especially SDG No. 8, which aims to eradicate poverty by promoting decent work, and the ILO Agenda for Decent Work, in order to identify actions necessary for the promotion of a sustainable society. But without excusing the issue of digital exclusion, which is also an important factor for the exclusion of workers from the technological market. The objective is to establish the essentiality of the social value of work on digital platforms, combined with the sustainable development of society, in order to mitigate social exclusions, and make workers a multiplier where they work, seekers of a dignified existence for themselves and their families, refuting technological unemployment |
