Resumo: This work was developed in the line of research Educator Training in the Postgraduate Program in Education: Curriculum of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). The inclusion of students with disabilities in the University demands, from university institutions, the development of actions, support policies and inclusive practices to guarantee the effective teaching and learning process of this student. This research is in line with Ordinance no. in order to ensure people with disabilities basic conditions of access to higher education aims to promote accessibility in higher education for students with visual impairments in higher education at PUC-SP, in order to promote their inclusion, ensuring their permanence and completion of the course in the graduation course in Communication and Social Work. This is a qualitative research, with a descriptive study, carried out in the year 2020 / 2021, during the pandemic period, whose identification of accessibility at the University took place through document analysis and computerized bibliographic research in data sources that contain publication electronics of scientific journals. As inclusion criteria, publications containing the terms: person with disabilities, inclusion, accessibility, students with visual impairments are considered. At the end of the work carried out with students with visual impairments and teachers of the course, it reveals that the actions implemented by the accessibility center allowed the academic insertion and learning of students with visual impairments. The research has shown (so far) that inclusive education in higher education is necessary and possible, and the success of the work is achieved from the joint and integrated effort between the subjects involved: the coordination of the support nucleus for inclusive education (Napei), coordination of undergraduate courses, students with disabilities and readers
