Resumo: |
This doctoral thesis aims to seek the definition and provide a reflection regarding freedom as integral human development from a Human Rights approach. After a brief historical presentation, in which we seek to contextualize the meaning of the word freedom in Aristotle, Hegel and Sartre, we will bring a synthesis of the evolution of Human Rights on the world stage, outline the concepts of human development, right to development, right of development relating to the evolution provided by Sports Law. The context of this research is positive law, understood as the system of legal norms, organized hierarchically, based on the values that comprise the integral development of the human person and human achievement. With regard to questions of methodological bias, the use of the historical aspect, the deductive and dialectical method, is highlighted. In the procedural field, bibliographical and doctrinal, legislative and documentary research was used. As for the approach, the qualitative technique will be used |
