Globalization and the subsequent development have brought to people in our world economic growth that reflected positively on human development. However, part of the world population was excluded from development, considering the political and civil rights and especially of economic, social and cultural. Now, increasingly it is necessary to include the millions of people to a dignified life. Respect for human rights aims to provide awareness, protection and guarantee of human dignity at the national and international levels. Fraternal cooperation for the realization of human rights has been demonstrated in the present study, as an individual and collective action of states and individuals for the benefit of this and future generations
