Resumo: |
The present work has as aim to analyze and to think about flows of communication of IDESP, and how this bad efficiency influences in the publicizing, direction, discussion and comprehension from coordinating to public schools of São Paulo state. So, the work will show a bibliographyc review about the public politics of outside avaliation in Brazil, about IDESP, and about the flow of communication in the institutions. The dissertation is supported upon qualitative search with school principals, education coordinators, teachers, education supervisors and coordinator teachers of educational core, all from the public schools, about the way of publicizing and understanding IDESP informations. It analyzes how these informations are passed on to everyone of the envolved persons, until to reach the teacher, final element in this educator s chain, what kinds of action of upbringing exists to understand these informations and in which measure the objectives that are wanted in publicizing are accomplished. It concludes, noticing that the publicizing of informations by SEE-SP has occurred in a agile and practical form of the institutional site, but that the formation process are fault, and can be considered much more a process of extension of information instead formation properly said, taking to unefficiency of public politics |
