Resumo: |
This research aims to understand the processes that can facilitate the identification and management of psychological illnesses in the clinic. The nature of this investigation is theoretical-clinical, with Thomas Ogden's concepts being explored in depth with the aim of understanding psychic conditions marked by suffering that do not always reach representation but are present in the lives of those being analyzed and seek expression in the clinic. Among the main concepts studied are those of transference-countertransference matrix, autistic-contiguous position, projective identification, reverie and analytical third, all from the perspective of Thomas Ogden, some of which were developed by the author himself. The research also refers to Freud, Ferenczi, Bion, Green, Melanie Klein, Balint and Paula Heimann, aiming a chronological view, the creation of some fundamental concepts that support Thomas Ogden's clinical thinking. Furthermore, to elucidate and deepen the author's conceptions, we selected cases from his clinic, as well as vignettes from the researcher's own clinic |
