Resumo: |
In times of technological revolution and disruptive economy, innovation and artificial intelligence assume more and more space, raising their consequences in social relations. The manner of work is modified, with the replacement of personal and manual/mechanical labor by a robotic and automated one. Thus, a new context of unnecessary work puts even more pressure on the already existing crisis of effectiveness of the social security. After all, the successive social security reforms were not successful in achieving the actuarial balance of the social security system, despite having reduced the value, as well as delaying the moment of granting social security benefits. Starting from this reality, the present work intends to investigate the emptying of social protection and access to work itself in the informational society, with its direct reflections in the erosion of the tax bases of social security, since the main source of resources for social security rests on in the contributions on the payroll. Given the narrated scenario, a crowdfunding of social protection is proposed as a resolving hypothesis, in addition to the existing public social security system |
