Resumo: This dissertation aims to analyze the experience of the collective construction of Boxe Top Team Brasil (BTTB), in the Brazilian city of Osasco, São Paulo, as a means of rights being guaranteed. For that purpose, we did a qualitative inquest, using techniques of documentary and focus group research, willing to build an analysis starting with the mixture of the data gathered and what subjects evoked in their oral narratives. In this perspective, we wanted to know more about BTTB’s backstory by listening to its founders and teachers, current or from the past, from where we can learn the importance of individual questions to build a collective. Our results show that sport, hereby represented by boxing, helps promoting the guarantee of rights as its aligns to some guidelines: the organization’s focus moved towards the territory it occupies and its subjects and teachers were formed by their daily experiences and engaged in political militancy – being social educators. We could notice a change and BTTB’s social protagonism, through a collective action that wanted to understand and intervene in a territory
