As forças invisíveis por trás dos resultados: uma análise psicanalítica das relações de poder nas empresas

Resumo: The propose of this study was to investigate how the Freudian psychoanalytic approach could collaborate in understanding the phenomenon of invisible forces within power relationship in enterprises. We establish a dialogue between the areas of administration, psychosociology and psychoanalysis to contextualize the organizational environment and to enable the identification of key psychic processes present in intersubjective relationship at work. Thus we structure our basement in the psychoanalytic theory from Freud, focusing on the issue of power relationship through two dimensions: the pulsional and social. The pulsional dimension permeated the conflicts of the internal world against the maintenance of civilization in the origin of the malaise in contemporary society. The social dimension deepned the notion of subject who needs to establish the social bond with others and, at the same time, needs to be regulated by collective rules in order to constitute himself. With the traced theoretical path, we tread a deconstruction of the fundamental elements involved in the problematic of power to support some notes for the elaboration of a power relationship model. Based on my professional experience in Strategic Planning and Structuring in some large enterprises, we built the fictional case study of the company WWX based on real situations, but adapted to condense a greater number of issues to be analyzed in the study , in order to introduce the devices that allowed the construction of interpretative hypotheses in light of the notes for the power relationship model. From these hypotheses, it was possible to see how the invisible forces are linked to the dynamics of relationships that search results
