Resumo: |
This paper aims to investigate how adequate is the protection system in Brazilian Law when it comes to legal relationships established over the internet, from a point of view of the Law as a set of rules and principles. The new technologies, the thirst for information, and the enchantment of the new ways for acquiring knowledge - bring to the individuals answers and solutions to their needs, by means of alternative approaches ruled by principles, traditions and experiences others than those from their usual surrounding reality. The intention is to capture the attention of the family, society and public institutions to review the foundations concerning education, protection against violence and threats to the rights of the personality in special the family privacy in the internet given the digital ignorance of some users and the lack of ethical and moral principles of others. Given the revolution we observe in information technology and the astonishing agility of the change in the worldwide scenario, the private life of ordinary people started taking part in this scene, with unimaginable consequences and thus deserving our attention towards a fundamental objective: the preservation of the family privacy as a major factor concerning the respect to the superior principle of dignity of the human being |
