Itinerant Justice is a social and democratic modern system, originated in Brazil, implicitly due to the law ( Lei n. 9.099/95, art. 94) concerning special judgeships. Formely, there was no express prevision of the term Itinerant Justice in federal Constitution, that only exists in the states by the force of administrative acts of Court of Justice Presidents. It was developed by EC n. 45, 9/12/04, that introduced, categorically, this expression inside the text of Federal Constitution for all cases without limit of the value in controversy. Itinerant Justice, in formal sense, central issue of this thesis, provides that judge go to the place of the demand in order to pronounce the decision out of forum or court.
