Resumo: |
This dissertation aims to identify the incidence of the forms of organization and management of work at the INSS, based on the incorporation of rationalizing, managerial work processes - instrumentalized by the management model based on productivity goals - on the process of mental exhaustion of social workers at the INSS , our research object. We are interested in identifying the changes in the forms of organization and managerial management of work at the INSS, in the context of the State's counter-reform, in response to the capitalist crisis and explaining the institutional context in which the management program and the imposition of productivity targets were implemented in the INSS. INSS, analyzing its impacts on the professional practice of social workers. The field research was developed through a qualitative approach, from the perspective of militant/participatory research through semistructured interviews with 5 social workers working in agencies in the State of São Paulo, activists or union activists |
