Resumo: From a peripheral point of view, the aim of this work is to know and analyse the collective actions built by periphery persons organized in a political – cultural collective in a São Paulo countryside city. Through the integration and interaction of street culture elements and harm reduction care production practices, the collective in question works to face the incarceration and genocide of young blacks, indigenous and peripheral people. Therefore, the research is based on intervention-research, through oral history and how the theoretical framework uses the biopolitical and necropolitical categories addressed, respectively, by Foucault and Mbembe, to discuss life and death management policies. In addition, it seeks to acknowledge the reality of the territory and it is connection to criminalization and genocide of young people, as well as rescuing the construction of the collective and analyzing the stories and modes of subjectivity of four participants in the process of the struggle against mourning
