Juventude "pobre" e políticas públicas : a experiência profissional no campo da assistência social

This work has as proposed, considering the theories of Michel Foucault, become poor youth, one inserted in the various apparatuses of public policies it intended as an analytical tool for thinking the ideals of social protection, such as citizen participation and social harmony, as currently broadcast by such policies. Through the analysis of daily practices developed in professional practice as a technique in Psychology, inserted in the area of Social Assistance, with regard to services, programs and projects for youth, the aim is to see what you do not normally see, develop the analysis of practices and discourses of the narratives of mnemonic records of experiences, at various times, as a trainee and as a technique in Psychology in the social assistance area, in two Reference Centers of Social Assistance (CRAS) different, in the capital and in the county side the State of Sergipe. Thus, the article shows the trajectory, while processuality of deconstruction practices discourses and practices that make up the militants public policy agents. What unfolds, to look beyond the horizon, is the perception that although these devices, the speech is the promotion of autonomy, what happens is the reproduction of control practices those historically considered marginal. The youth inclusion in such programs and projects, from the speech that they convey, allows the imposition of ways of doing, regulate pipelines, setting up thus as a practice of police, that operating criminalizing the poverty, the poor are seen as needed interventions of experts that will regulate and protect their lives.
