Resumo: |
This research aims to study the relationship between the Dispute Settlement System of the World Trade Organization and the human rights issues existing in their demands. Analyzes the international protection of human rights system and its relationship with the jus cogens norms. It studies the International Economic Law and its relationship to the economic development of society. Analyzes the impact of economic systems on the welfare of man and the form of exploration of human beings in each of them. Studies the structure and operation of the World Trade Organization, through the analysis of its principles regarding equal treatment of Member States. Deals with the WTO action in the social economic development of the Organization member countries. Examines the clash between WTO agreements and human rights treaties. Studies the system from the perspective of human rights to show the position of the Organization and the measures taken to address disputes involving violation and degradation of norms protected by the international community. Finally it demonstrates accountability of Member States for violation of norms for the protection of human rights |
