Resumo: The present master’s dissertation aims to analyse the possibility for the parties to firm procedural agreements on a Judicial Recovery lawsuit. For this purpose, it will be initially studied the current civil procedure’s model and its nature, so it will be possible to understand how it’s compatible with parties autonomy and, consequently, how it’s acceptable that they can firm procedural agreements. By means of the present study it will be possible to understand the concept of parties agreements, in general, and the concept of procedural agreements. Thereafter, it will be held a study about the possibility to firm a procedural agreement in special procedures that are governed by a particular law. As a result, it will be studied the possibility to firm a procedural agreement in a judicial recovery procedure, by means of a detailed study of the judicial recovery particular features, especially its purpose; principles; the role of each process party; besides a brief trustee’s analysis and also some other specificities’ examination. Therefore, through this study, it will be possible to understand a little about the procedural agreements in general, as well as the possibility to firm such agreement in a judicial recovery procedure and, in a positive case, how it would be possible to enable it
