Resumo: This research aims at proposing a modeling of a predictive Adaptive Learning application, using a digital game, in order to test hypotheses related to children's literacy, according to Emília Ferreiro's constructivist theory. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, as it focuses on narrating the process of implementing the Adaptive Learning application. The justifications for this thesis lie in the intention to create a more adaptive and personalized teaching alternative, as well as one that is more inclusive and equitable according to the fourth principle of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations (UN). The game in question, addressed for the use during the language development phase, aims to record cognitive aspects of children, to create a diagnostic data set, with the purpose of assisting teachers both in identifying learning difficulties and in implementing pedagogical interventions. The theoretical foundation and approaches of this thesis are based on Adaptive Learning, Constructivism, Emília Ferreiro's constructivist approach, Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) (known as "Common Core" Curriculum, in English), and Artificial Intelligence, and its approaches. The research was carried out in four stages: a state-of-the-art review, which resulted in only one article relating Adaptive Learning to Early Childhood and Elementary Education, indicating that the topic is underexplored; development of the first online prototype; creation of the game script; and the development of the game, which is classified as a representation game in the Mimicry category, with an educational genre, and based on the principle of Paidia. The next phases to continue the research include applying the game in schools, to build the data set and the improvement of the adaptive learning application
