Resumo: |
The following research project aims to offer some crucial components to shape concepts that will contribute for the construction of a society that has a perfect harmony between law, faith and solidarity. This is done through an analysis of the volunteer and religious work and the current judicial disposal. One of the reasons for this type of project is the increasing judicial demand involving these workers, fact that suggests a deeper study of the topic in order to give a final answer if there are or there aren t clear distinctions between employees, work volunteers and religious volunteers. The conclusion demonstrates that there is a distinction. Volunteer and religious services can be seen as legitimate work hypothesis without employment entailment, even when the common prerequisites that characterize this judicial figure take place because what really matters in both cases is the animus contrahendi |
