Resumo: | The application was done at SICREDI (System of Collective Credit) in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, with the proposal to make an analysis about the changes in the manner of the manner management in this organization. It searched for this, to understand the modification that SICREDI has been crossing, that involve modification of the OQS (organization of the social board). The application explored the aspects of relation of the managers of these collectives with the members, starting this process that transformed the collectives of rural system ,at the beginning of the 90’s. The research developed through an ethnographic manner using techniques of participating observation, the documental research and interviews with members and managers of SICREDI. The observations were done during a year, from January to December, 2005. Through this concept of democracy the social capital, was possible to understand that, the changes that SICREDI has been crossing involves more than the organization of the system. It evidenced the importance of a trustful relation among the members and the collectives were focus of this application, this relation was based in a cultural identity out of the system. This certification make us to think that the social boarding organization proposed by SICREDI in a way of nucleus will just be an effective way to promote participation in order to respect the local culture and be able to articulate with the ways of sociability of each social group. |
