Resumo: This dissertation examines the process of evaluation of students in higher education learning with special educational needs (NEEs), in the persuit of academic inclusion. In this regard, and based on authors who share with a pedagogic face-to returned for evaluative inclusive actions in educational areas, this work is organized in four chapters. The first shows the path travelled through the use of case study methodology within qualitative paradigm. The second chapter discusses legal normative marks relating to diversity and inclusion of Federal Government and Methodist Academical Center, of Porto Alegre Institute of the Methodist Church, where the research was accomplished. Chapter three interlaces paradigms of learning evaluation in view of inclusion with the concepts emerging from practice exercised in fact investigated, wich is exposed in the analysis of data through the NEEs students speeches and teachers interviewees. At least, the fourth chapter, some conclusive ideas are present that propose possibilities and challenges to the reflection of who, committed with the process of inclusive education, also commits with the social inclusion.
