Starting from the fundamental critic to traditional ontology developed in the Introduction of Being and Time, were considered the aspects of insufficiency, necessity and possibility of sense of being in order to draw Martin Heidegger’s project to overcome metaphysics. Metaphysical abyss, jump into metaphysics and sense of being’s possibility are examined trough the consideration of the question of being, hermeneutical phenomenology, essence and possibility of metaphysics and through existenciary structures of da-sein. The possibility of sense is explicated from the reconsideration of notions like ontological difference, temporality and hermeneutical circularity. It’s concluded, in that way, that metaphysic’s overcoming, on Heidegger, reaches its intent due to existential analytics, understood as fundamental ontology.
