The objective of the two followed articles is to clarify some questions in this area. The first study, called “Cognitive-Behavior Strategies for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Treatment”, is a literature review about the different strategies for the disorder’s treatment and its empirical contributions. The second article, called “Evaluation of the Effect of Cognitive-Behavior Therapy in Posttraumatic Cognitions and Symptoms” is a two-case study that analyzes the treatment of two bank-employees diagnosed with PTSD and its respective results before, during and after the treatment on the matter of posttraumatic cognitions, symptoms and physiological repercussions.
