Resumo: |
This work intended to examine the High School teaching and equity theme in the present Brazilian education with emphasis in S??o Paulo s education. It presupposed that a democratic society must offer equality of opportunities to its members, mostly concerning the Fundamental Education. It examined the High School history in Brazil, the governmental leaders official discourse and the existing effectiveness proposals. In this research, it was verified that there is a widely favorable discourse to the extension of the High School teaching to a larger number of students. However, the proposals need a greater effort to their realization. |
