Resumo: Organizational culture and quality in Health are related to factors such as structure, processes and results, creating links between the means and the end. In addition, it understands the paramount importance of ensuring quality by grouping the technical, psychological and social strategies necessary for quality assurance. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the organizational culture in a state public hospital in the city of S??o Paulo. A retrospective observational study with a quantitative approach was developed. The sample consisted of 140 employees for cultural evaluation, and data collection occurred from August to November 2018, using the Google Forms. In conclusion, the data from this work allowed an analysis of the organizational culture and user satisfaction in a public hospital, providing information for the creation or reformulation of strategies aimed at planning and quality of care.
