Resumo: | The present text aims a reflection on the basis of academic production on culture and climate organizational climate, values, culture and climate security within organizations. The study seeks to analyze what is produced, released and knowledge generated by scholars and researchers of the subject, besides analyzing its key trends. It can be seen a recent increase in publications on the theme of this work because the business is going through a period rich in the aspects and impacts of global transformations regarding the management of organizations. The agent and principal beneficiary of this situation is the human being in its various functions within the organization. Through an exploratory study based on a qualitative research through a systematic literature review, spoke up about human values and corporate culture and organizational security, highlighting the importance of understanding these concepts to the success of firms. This analysis allows a better view on specific issues of organizational culture with the management of workplace safety. As a result, we analyzed the theoretical demonstration of various authors on the construct of the theme to enhance and support such as organizational culture, values and culture of safety directly affect the results of organizations. |
