The paper proposes to investigate the interfaces of the school architectural project, addressing the universe of the first secondary education institution of the state of São Paulo: São Paulo State School, characterizing the social, historical, political and cultural elements that form and transform the educational times and spaces, through the study of the relationships between the components that intersect education and architecture. Based on bibliographic and also empirical research, developed through documentary analysis, participatory observation in the institution and focus group with the students, the study aims to understand the relationships that constitute space, and how this spatial configuration interferes with the educational process that there it develops, in the light of the critical theory of society. The research aims to offer subsidies that allow the development of formal strategies, so that the institution makes the space more conducive to appropriation, providing its actors with a sense of belonging that favors learning. |
