Resumo: The purpose of this work is to do the retaking of the complexity method proposed by Edgar Morin in order to analyze the Death concept in society and in the Education. The work Man and Death is the hermeneutical readings and analysis eixo to understand the themes. The way we took at a first moment deals with the themes of Death refusal in contemporaneous society and its overcoming through the Myths and the question of the double . After that, the question of Life/ Death paradox was studied on a deeper way, following Morin s proposal on Method 2 and Method 5. Thus, the theoretical content of both main texts was read adopting the circular and spiral method to exam the author s work. At last, this work deals with the education with no paradoxes, the transformation of a no-education into an education , trying to show how the paradox Life/ Death in the perspective of the complexity undergoes in an Education like Theory for Life.
