Resumo: |
Introduction: Hospitals have sought improvements in results and greater differentiation through learning actions, but there is no common standard followed by hospitals to seek excellence in their process through training. Objective: To identify how Corporate Education (EC) acts in the development of the skills of doctors and a multidisciplinary team in a group of hospitals in the city of S??o Paulo to design its model. Methodology: Using the Grounded Theory methodology, interviews were carried out with ten people who work as management or training consultants to medical and multiprofessional healthcare teams in the group pf hospitals. The data were transcribed by the author and analysed using the Atlas.ti software version 7.5. Results: The processes of EC in this group of hospitals is well defined and clear to the entire multidisciplinary team that is part of it. The employees who participate in the trainings are evaluated and expected to have a minimum performance of 80%. From the interviews it was possible to design a model for structuring the EC. Conclusion: The robust structuring of EC in the researched group of hospitals allows the flows to be followed in a standardized way by the multiprofessional healthcare teams and allows the analysis of reliable indicators. |
