The present dissertation has the dynamic development of a entrepreneur as an object of research. The investigation aimed to study a humanistic view arised from reflections and uneasiness about the possible ways taken for this developmental process. The theoretical basis is drawn heavily on two authors: Fernando Dolabela, and his work Oficina do empreendedor, which is considered as a methodology; and Edgar Morin title A cabe??a bem-feita, which says about Education and human aspects presented in this research. Based on the theoretical contribution, elements for an intermingling of the two subjects were looked for, the hypothesis argues that the technical-instrumental vision is not enough to such comprehensive understanding of this dynamic. The methodological approach was composed by literature review and field work made of open interviews. The definitions given by researchers and organizations about the subject were presented as well as their point of view of the characteristic and development of an entrepreneur. Those ones mentioned above, were invited for an interview due to their professional accomplishment and the field work made on intrepreneurship, and show their point of view about the object of the research by leading us, in the final considerations, to complementarity of the technical-instrumental vision through humanistic approach, that emphasizes those processes which guide to results and is consisted in solidarity, the individual, their taking part in the collectivity and the complexity of the contexts in which the entrepreneur actions are carried out.
