This study presents published themes demonstrating the evolution of society in the world of work, the experience of suffering in leaders and leaders in the areas of health and education. In order to contemplate this objective, an exploratory, descriptive and transversal research with quantitative approach was carried out. Data were collected through questionnaires applied to doctors, nurses, coordinators and teachers. This is study, appropriates the theoretical assumptions of Work Psychodynamics, which base the Indicator Scale of Pleasure and Suffering at Work. The professionals of the area of the Education experience more pleasure, already the professionals of the area of the Health experience more suffering in the work.
