Resumo: The nutrition and the feeding if distinguish as biological process and as alimentary behavior, respectively. This last one significantly is influenced by diverse factors still in infancy, as marketing of foods, familiar conviviality and sóciopsicoculturais questions. Due to the children still to be in cognitivo development, many actions of intervention can be developed, in this phase of the vital cycle. The pertaining to school environment becomes, then, propitious for this purpose. Objectives: to elaborate and to evaluate a notebook for change of alimentary behavior to school boys. Method: bibliographical revision was carried out between the years of 2004-2017, about infant feeding. The documents were analyzed qualitatively from the technique of content analysis, providing foundation for elaboration of the notebook. The evaluation of the material related was carried through by 15 independent judges by means of questionnaire, in format of Likert scale, having used itself Index of Validity of Content (CVI) equal or superior 75% as satisfactory. Results and Quarrels: in the revision were included 109 documents that demonstrated information on the feeding in infancy, his behavioral determinants, politics and legislation, pertaining to school environment, amongst others. For the CVI the proportion between the evaluated item as satisfactory was of 80,56% (S-CVI/AVE) and average of 84,82% (S-CVI). Commentaries and suggestions were incorporated the final revision of the material. Conclusion: the elaboration of the notebook if demonstrated effective in its general aspect, a time that reached index above of the stipulated one for the satisfaction of validity with prominence for applicability, content, illustrations and motivation of use; it constituted ample effort, a time that recitals of scientific bases, associates to the evaluations and professional experience are required.
