Resumo: | This dissertation analyzes how the neoconservative movements ideologically linked to the most radical wing of the right thought use the disinformation process to practice racial discrimination and currently ruin democracy as commonly. The text what was thought in Brazil and about issues related to racism in the world, including the criticism of race, including the United States. Based on Foucault's biopolitics, it was investigated how racism is part of a strategy of domination of black people, at the same time that neoliberalism implemented a government of itself in which joint actions are abandoned, undermining the fight against racial discrimination. Fake news was developed based on the understanding that they have become a powerful expedient of the far and alt right, with racism being one of its most visible practices, supported by a pseudo-racial neutrality. The hypothesis worked is that racism is a practice used by far-right groups as a way to reach and remain in power, using racial neutrality to inhibit collective struggles and, therefore, eliminate popular participation, with serious damage democratic. The main theoretical framework is Michel Foucault, since his thinking on racism and neoliberalism is the point from which all the work was built. The method used is dialectical and bibliographic research is the technique that was adopted. It was concluded that racism extracted from the disinformation process corrupts democracy because it seeks to make minorities invisible in favor of a historically dominant class, it is important for its confrontation to guarantee a voice to the excluded, strive for material equality and demonstrate how racial prejudice is in the structure of society itself. |
