The present study aims to investigate the relevance of democratic management in strengthening the Teaching Learning Process in a Community Center for Early Education (Kindergarten) Located in the Urban Zone, East Zone of the City of Manaus-Am. With the research was observed the strongly the speech of various authors on the need for democratic pedagogy management that may favor the promotion of student learning and enjoyable significantly mediated by the balance of the contents so that they can along its developing tools obtain information that helps them cope with the structural socio-political changes contemporary. The results obtained with the object of research shows that in spite of the difficulties, participative management is a feasible action within the political context of teaching, which may contribute significantly to the learning process of students to make them citizens thinking, critical constructive agents of change and the society in which they live. |
