Resumo: Business Accelerators are organizations that boost and refine early-stage companies (startups) for their market competencies and organizational capabilities, enabling the articulation of dynamic capabilities between business development and startups. In this case, as business accelerators, international competencies have been developed for startups, allowing these startups to prepare for global markets with innovative solutions. The objective of this work is to present a model of orchestration of dynamic capabilities between Business Accelerators and startups that help in the development of international competencies. For this, the methodology path is bases on qualitative research with a technique of content analysis of inductive and deductive categories presented from the theoretical lens of Orchestration of Dynamic Capabilities, International Business Competencies and Business Accelerators.32 interviews were carried out with Business Accelerators from: Brazil, Canada, EUA, Denmark and Portugal. The results demonstrate that Business Accelerators articulate dynamic capabilities to generate and renew international competencies in accelerated startups. The scientific contribution of this thesis resides in the presentation of a model of orchestration dynamic capabilities and competences between Business Accelerators and startups, showing that international competences can have different maturity levels for each startup, considering that the capacities of Business Accelerators linked to orchestration of dynamic capabilities driving the development of competences of an international approach.
