Resumo: The present work aims to develop a digital interactive experience to showcase how important cultural policies are, focusing on creative goods and services in Rio de Janeiro. This research emphasizes the application of the IRIS+ methodology, a part of the IRIS+ experience of the Museum of Tomorrow. This endeavour intends to collect information that aids the storytelling of a new prototype. During the study journey, the author carried out a literature review on the creative economy, culture, cultural policies, design thinking, and gamification. In the methodology chapter, a survey was conducted on the perception of carioca people related to cultural goods and services in Rio de Janeiro. Besides this, a prototype of a new experience was developed and tested. According to this research, the results can support investments in the creative economy sector of Rio de Janeiro
