Resumo: | The development of a new formulation involves several important steps that begins at the knowledge from the characteristics of the insumes used to the affirmation that the application is save to future commercialization. With this intention, the present study it had the objective to evaluate the therapeutical, chemical, physical and microbiological properties of two new formularizations in the pulp dermoepidermal wound healing in rats. Was utilized 60 rats (Rattus norvegicus albinus), males, adults, with average weight of 312,37g. The animals had been distributed in three groups of 20 animals. who underwent surgery in which dermoepidermal 1cm2 of skin was removed. In the group Pulp 1 the wound injuries had been treated with a pulp contend neomycin, bacitracyne, zinc oxide, talcum, calcium carbonate, glycerin and deionized water. In the group Pulp 2 injuries of skin had treated with a pulp contend oil almonds, zinc oxide, lanoline, palmitat of retinol, colecalciferol, acetate of racealfatocoferol, cianocobalamine and deionized water. In the Control Group the skin wounds had been treated with physiological solution (NaCl 0.9%). According to the results of stability tests, the physical-chemical and microbiological stability were all favorable showing of two years. Although the healing to evolve of favorable form in all the studied groups, the injuries treated with pulp 1 had presented significantly bigger halos that the controls and pulp 2, in third, fifth and sixth day of evaluation (p<0,05). The diameters of the ulcerates areas, as well as the time of healing, between the pulp 2 and the group have controlled, had not differed significantly, of 2° to 14° day of evaluation (p=1,00). Was concluded that the two pastes containing diferent technical supporting showed the influence and a significant difference in the healing process, since the speed of healing in the period considered like critical phase that is until the third day after the injury where the past two was more effective due to presence of almond oil and vitamins, meanwhile. In the paste one containing zinc oxide combined with calcium carbonete the granulation tissue’s growth was retarded. |
