Resumo: | The objective of this dissertation was to investigate how the inherent factors of organizational learning arise and are structured within a virtual social network of private educational institutions, entitled "Conexão Educação". This network was chosen because it presents a relationship differential through social media. The importance of this study is justified by the complexity of the current context in which organizations need to improve their forms of learning, retention of knowledge and interorganizational relationships. Learning that has become a key skill for organizations' survival has spurred the pursuit of development alternatives by adopting innovative practices that are indispensable to the changes imposed by a competitive environment. The case study was adopted as a research method and because it involved virtual environment, the teachings of the Netnography served as a field guide, which made it possible to explore qualitative aspects of the interaction in the development of organizational learning. To obtain results in this work, the data were exported from the social network formed by the 40 institutions and analyzed in the light of the literature of networks, organizational learning and social media, essentially using content analysis. After submitting the data to such analyzes, we identified learning episodes that were divided into Episodes of Information Transfer, Knowledge Production Episodes, Experiment Exchange Episodes, and Relationship Building Episodes (personal and general). Considering that the present work involved only a virtual network, it is suggested that new research be carried out involving a larger number of learning networks, in order to increase understanding about the subject and confirm the results obtained, especially regarding the affordances found. |
