Resumo: | This work had for objective to examine the pertaining to school management in a municipal public school focusing the scientific ability and technique in the transformation perspective and professional growth. The education and its administration, as origin and destination of the relation between practical theory and, institute new theoretical bases e (reverse speed) construct practical; what it tries demands for the performance and the formation of the manager. The research of exploratory character search to clarify and to deepen the concepts on the practical one of pertaining to school management and to identify factors that contributes for the improvement of the quality of education. In this direction an analysis from the phenomenon of the general theory of the administration and the pertaining to school management was made considering the aspects of the organizational culture. The research disclosed that the success of new politics or new strategies of organizational development is on directly to the formation of the pertaining to school manager. The management of the public school is an enterprise that defies its managers, public, particular organizations and communities, with who it establishes constants interactions. The organizational cultures generate proper dynamic and rhythms, nor always syntonized with the situations and internal and external expectations of each school. The diversity of profiles and rhythms requires of the managers scientific and professional, allied recital to flexibility and attention to the reality of each school. In this scene, it is important that the programs of qualification and continued formation, when associating practical theory and attempt against for the development of the leadership and ability of mobilization of the team for the director, so that this if becomes citizen in the process, constructor of knowledge on its to make in the context of the school and its community. |
