Resumo: |
This study aimed to analyze the actions of the Projeto Cidades Invisíveis (CI) as social innovation. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach case study was developed that describes the actions of the CI, analyzes the aspects of social innovation in these actions and seeks to understand how this can relate to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study used interpretativism as a knowledge paradigm for analyzing the object of study and used descriptive and exploratory objectives to answer the research question. The data collection process was carried out through documentary research, participant observation and semi-structured interviews with the subjects involved in the project. These data were analyzed using the content analysis technique. It was found that the actions of this project have aspects of social innovation that generate social visibility, articulation of different actors in society, empowerment, social inclusion, quality of life, among others. This allows to state that the Projeto Cidades Invisíveis is a social innovation that is in the process of consolidating its actions. Still, it was found that the social innovation aspects of the actions can generate mutual contribution between the actions of the CI and some of the SDGs for an inclusive development. |
