World leaders came together to create a plan of action, with a to-do list and implemented by 2030, in conjunction with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (ODS). The goal is to end poverty, transform lives and protect the planet. As third-party organizations from their organizational practices, seek and market and minimize problems, in accordance with the ODS. In order to fulfill this challenge proposed by the UN, there is a need for innovative initiatives and in this context, a social innovation emerges as a union of companies from different countries in search of solutions to the needs and problems. Business is one of the solutions found by the third sector to serve a pyramid base market with financial and environmental sustainability. What is an enterprise being a model and a development of form, there is need of support (incubation). Therefore, the overall objective of the study is to analyze the practices of the business incubator and stimulate the creation of innovations. To achieve this goal in a methodology of qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach. A strategy used for the case study of a third sector and nonprofit organization. A collection of data from semi-structured interviews, documentary research, bibliography and participatory observation. Data were analyzed through content analysis and triangulation of data between incubators and incubator collaborators. As the main result is verified that as practices of organizational actors, through their projects, are actions that characterize a social order established within social practices, aimed at meeting demands and economic issues of society. Through their projects they stimulate a social innovation aimed at inclusion, empowerment and to solve a social problem through the partners. The organizational environment influences innovation and it develops to look for elements that favor the emergence of this social innovation. Finally, when analyzing the project that supports the development of a market for a pyramid base, the impacts generated by these fires are not limited to the market, but rather a social transformation aimed at empowering, emancipating, educating and including people who Exclusion increasing tolerance and respect with others. |
