Summary: | This article presents the results of a qualitative research that included observations and interviews with high school students and teachers, as well as a bibliographic analysis of referenced publications by researchers in the field of Applied Linguistics. Our results indicate a difficulty in working with grammar, both in relation to students' interest and in relation to the difficulty of planning for teachers in the area. Finally, we systematize a work proposal with contextualized grammar, based on the “news” genre, using the theory of discursive genres. |
