Uma análise sobre a representatividade do aluguel perante a renda: o peso do aluguel no orçamento familiar

Summary: The family budget includes the idea of organizing family finances, identifying regular income and expenses, enabling with this information that a monthly plan is formulated in aid of fulfilling all the family’s financial obligations. This study aimed to analyze the data of the company Linhares Imovéis, situated in Santana do Livramento, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in order to evaluate the amount of money, from the family budget, expend in rents. With a quantitative approach, the study was characterized as an exploratory type of data analysis, which included information collected from 44 tenants who have rented their properties between 2013 and 2017 and who have currently active contracts. The main result showed that on average, in the last 5 years, the rent has approximately 22.75% of influence on the family budget, this is a good result, aiming the indication of specialists in finance that your commitment should never exceed 30% of your monthly income.

Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar os dados da empresa Linhares imóveis, que está localizada em Santana do Livramento, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil, para identificar o peso do aluguel no orçamento familiar. O estudo caracterizou-se como uma análise do tipo exploratória de dados, com a abordagem quantitativa, que contou com a coleta de dados de 44 inquilinos que alugaram seus imóveis entre os anos de 2013 e 2017 e que estão com contratos ativos no momento.
