Resumo: The present study analyzes the distribution of continuous monitoring networks in the Brazilian territory, among the chosen ones we have Brazil, where all states were analyzed, based on data provided by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), on its official website. The study area is the entire extension of the national territory. The objective is to analyze the distribution, the spatial coverage of the coverage area in baselines, analyze areas where data processing can only be done by Precise Point Positioning (PPP) and identify places where new stations are required. Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques ere used for data processing and modeling. The study points to the importance of the spatial distribution of GNSS stations, and the need for expansion.

A área de estudo é toda a extensão do território nacional. O objetivo é analisar a distribuição, o recobrimento espacial da área de cobertura em linhas de base, analisar áreas em que o processamento de dados só pode ser feito por Posicionamento de Ponto Preciso (PPP) e identificar locais onde demandam de novas estações. Foram utilizadas técnicas de de Sistema de Informações Geográficas (SIG), para processamento e modelagem dos dados.
