no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências Jurídico-Forenses, da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra, abordando a figura da autorização de utilização do Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e Edificação (RJUE), e a sua articulação com a instalação de estabelecimentos de restauração e bebidas.A presente dissertação foi elaborada no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências Jurídico-Forenses, da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra, abordando a figura da autorização de utilização do Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e Edificação (RJUE), e a sua articulação com a instalação de estabelecimentos de restauração e bebidas.Efetuámos um enquadramento doutrinal da autorização administrativa, e a análise do procedimento de formação da autorização de utilização, como previsto no RJUE, assim como também, dos procedimentos de 2011 a esta parte, tendentes à instalação de atividades económicas, mormente de estabelecimentos de restauração e bebidas, em edifícios ou frações, e nos mais diversos contextos.A presente dissertação foi elaborada no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências Jurídico-Forenses, da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra, abordando a figura da autorização de utilização
