E são inúmeras as utilizações que são passíveis de ser imputadas ao mesmo, sendo uma delas o car sharing, tema objeto da presente dissertação.Assume-se como uma alternativa face aos demais meios de transporte existentes, e são inúmeras as vantagens que tende a proporcionar.O car sharing sempre teve lugar na nossa sociedade, ainda que com contornos diversos. Inicialmente excluído do âmbito de aplicação do diploma que regula a atividade de aluguer de veículo sem condutor, esta atividade rapidamente foi conquistando força, até em 2018, ser expressamente incluído no diploma 47/2018, de 20 de junho.Contribui e de certo modo configura aquilo que se afirmar como a verdadeira “alternativa” num futuro próximo, não descurando que e ao mesmo tempo, contribui para um mundo e uma economia mais sustentável.O veículo automóvel, há muito, que tem vindo a ser considerado o meio de transporte de eleição de quem dele faz uso. And there are numerous uses that can be attributed to it, one of them being car sharing, the subject of this dissertation.It assumes itself as an alternative to other existing means of transport, and there are numerous advantages that it tends to provide.Car Sharing has always had a place in our society, although with different contours.
