This work aims to show the leadership problems that affect the CO RAN area, located in the company Telefônica Brasil SA, identifying the competencies needed by current managers, so that they can manage a homogeneous team in generations, as well as identify what are the reasons for staff turnover. First, the description of the organization shows its type of business, division of positions, present generations and other considerable characteristics. In the next chapters, it is possible to identify a theoretical reference of relevant topics that involve the management of people, followed by the research diagnosis associated with the study of specialists in the area in order to collect the result of the defined objectives. Finally, we have the findings of the theme, which will showcase the actions and suggestions for departmental leaders to enhance their skills in order to address the issue of talent development and retention
